Film Education is a charity supported by the UK film industry which focuses on encouraging more use of film in curriculum learning.

Film Education is supported by several big names in the industry, including Lord Richard Attenborough, Gurinda Chadha and Mark Herman.

The website contains a large a-z archive of films and information on them. Popular titles include City of God, Amelie and Bridge to terabithia

It was founded in 1985 and helps UK teachers to educate children about films through free-of-charge cinema trips and teacher training.
