In the same way, the machine stops after the bagpasses through, and at the same time the thread/crepe-tape iscut automatically by built-in air cylinder operated guillotinetype cutter.

Automatic swing needle machine specially designed tooperate as an integrated part of sealing system such as withthe NEWLONG KS Sealers. Features continuous motionfeeding ; the timed needle moves in epicyclical rotations asthe bag passes through the sewing head. All operation from PE roll unwinding to finished bag (filled bag with itsbag top sealed) delivery conveyor is performed in one consecutiveprocess. There whole process, including bag making, products fillingand bag top sealing, is automatic and controlled on the panel (operatedby PLC unit installed inside). The machine incorporates a net weigherwith a high-speed chute, operates at maximum speed of 1650 bags perhour (based on filling 25 kg weight rate of resin pellet).
