seven night cruise of the Yasawa and Mamanuca Islands. From Monuriki Island, where the Tom Hanks movie ‘Castaway’ was filmed, to the exclusive trip to

the Narokorokoyawa or Sacred Islands where we’ll experience a Sevusevu (gift giving) ceremony, there is something for everyone on this cruise.

Day 1 Monday 23 July 2018 Home Cities to Nadi (D) This afternoon, we’ll be transferred up to Auckland International Airport for our afternoon flight to Nadi, the gateway to Fiji. On arrival we’ll be transferred to Novotel Nadi for our overnight accommodation. Accommodation: Novotel, Nadi – 1 night Day 2 Tuesday 24 July 2018 Denarau Marina to Tivua Island (BLD) After breakfast this morning, we will be transferred to the Port Denarau Marina where we will begin our seven night Yasawa Island Cruise on MV Reef Endeavour. Ni sa Bula’ is the magical call of welcome as we board Reef Endeavour for our island adventure. We cruise to Tivua Island over a light lunch and safety briefing to explore the coral gardens, clam farms and a medicine walk through the island before enjoying a South Pacific sunset on our first day at sea. Tonight we join the Captain and his crew for the Gala Captain’s Dinner. Accommodation: MV Reef Endeavour – 7 nights Day 3 Wednesday 25 July 2018 Tivua Island, Brothers Island and Naviti Island (BLD) Start the day naturally with a morning swim & snorkel in an idyllic bay at Brothers Island. Savour the bounty of a gourmet buffet lunch as we journey to the spectacular Naviti Island. Here is beauty in its original state where we can bask in aquamarine waters along white sandy beaches. Snorkel, swim or explore the island. This evening, join the festivities and entertainment of a Fijian Village at Gunu for a traditional Fijian feast, Lovo, and Meke (cultural performance).

Day 4 Thursday 26 July 2018 Yasawa Island to Sawa-I-Lau (BLD) Discover the legendary grandeur of Sawa-I-Lau and the famous limestone caves at your own pace. Swimming in the cave lagoon is a wondrous experience or you could explore it on an escorted kayak tour. Join the guided walk to the island village, with a memorable visit to a local school. Snorkel over spectacular coral gardens or swim in the fabled lagoons. Tonight we will try our luck at crab racing. Day 5 Friday 27 July 2018 Sawa-I-Lau, Yaqeta, Drawaqa to Tivua Island (BLD) Cruise the soaring volcanic peaks of the Yasawas and discover a myriad of fish in the coral reef and laze in the warm sands of Yaqeta. Cruise the spectacular channels to Drawaqa for amazing snorkelling this afternoon, you may even see a Manta-ray. Our overnight anchorage is Tivua Island for a tropical buffet dinner followed by yoqona (kava) and talanoa (Fijian story telling). Day 6 Saturday 28 July 2018 Port Denarau to Nuku-I-Mana (BLD) This morning we sail into Port Denarau for breakfast aboard. We disembark this morning allowing time to browse the shops around Denarau Marina, before reboarding and continuing on our cruise. This afternoon we set sail over lunch through the beautiful Mamanuca Islands past many famous resorts collecting some additional passengers, before arriving for a

snorkel from a sand cay and discover the vista of a South Pacific sunset. Day 7 Sunday 29 July 2018 Monuriki to Monu Bay (BLD) Today our ship cruises to idyllic Monuriki where Tom Hanks’ Castaway was filmed. Explore this natural film set on a guided kayak tour and explore idyllic Monu Island for snorkelling before a special village choral service. The beautiful harmonies of the village choir will simply delight you. This evening join the entertainment of the Sunday Show. Day 8 Monday 30 July 2018 Sacred Islands to Waya Islands (BLD) The Scared Island is a place beautiful beyond belief. Legends tell of the great war canoe ‘Rogoboka’ which landed here with the first Fijians. On arrival, the ship’s crew pay tribute to the forefathers of Fijian culture and perform the Sevusevu (gift giving) ceremony. Spend a magical morning swimming in the aquamarine lagoons, snorkelling in spectacular coral gardens, beach combing or coral viewing from the glass bottom boat. Over lunch we cruise to the Southern Yasawa Islands. Enclosed by towering volcanic peaks and palm fringed beaches, Waya Island is a tropical paradise. Visit a local school this afternoon and a village and shell market. Don your favourite island attire for Pacific Island night tonight. Day 9 Tuesday 31 July 2018 Waya Islands to Denarau Marina (BLD) After breakfast this morning, our ship sets sail, returning to Denarau Marina. On arrival at Denarau, we will be transferred to our overnight accommodation. The day is then at leisure for you to explore. You may like to head into Nadi to walk around the village. You may also like to visit the Garden of the Sleeping Giant (own cost). The garden contains a vast collection of more than 2000 varieties of magnificent Asian orchids and Cattleya hybrids and was once the private collection of the late American actor Raymond Burr. Tonight we will enjoy our last evening in Fiji on the sunset dinner cruise. While on board, we watch the spectacular sunset and views of the Mamanuca Islands, before enjoying a sumptuous fresh barbeque dinner. The night ends with some Fijian Cultural entertainment, which guests are encouraged to join in. At the end of the cruise, we will be transferred back to our accommodation. Day 10 Wednesday 1 August 2018 Nadi to Auckland (B) After a leisurely breakfast and late check out, we are transferred to Nadi International Airport for our flight back to Auckland.

Port Hole Cabin Located on the lower deck, cabins open to an inside passageway and have portholes. Rooming configuration is twin (2 singles) or double (there will not be bunk beds like the image). Ocean Stateroom: Located on the upper and main decks, each room opens to the outside walkway and have picture windows. Bed configuration is twin (2 singles) or double.

This could come about due to road or weather conditions, or any changes imposed by other tour operators and carriers included in the itinerary. If a passenger amends their itinerary by starting or concluding the itinerary earlier or later or during an itinerary then it becomes their responsibility to arrange tour or flight connections as necessary.

Travel Insurance It is a booking condition for all passengers travelling on Leisure Time Tours overseas tours to have a travel insurance policy with comprehensive cover valid for the dates of travel. An important part of planning the holiday is to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy as it may prevent passengers from spending extra money in case of an emergency and will help passengers feel protected during the holiday. We can assist with a travel insurance quotation or you may opt to arrange your own.

Payments, Cancellations and Refunds A non-refundable deposit is required on booking to confirm your seat. All balance payments must be received by Leisure Time Tours within 6 weeks prior to the tour commencement. Payments are available to be made by Cash, Cheque, Direct Credit or EFTPOS only – Credit Card payments are not available without an additional surcharge. Leisure Time Tours reserves the right to amend or reschedule the tour due the result of circumstances outside the company’s control. Leisure Time Tours also reserves the right to cancel the tour due to insufficient numbers and in this instance a substitute date will be offered or a full refund will be made available. Passports & Visas All visitors require a passport to travel to and to re-enter New Zealand or Australia which must have a minimum validity of 6 months remaining. It is a good idea to carry a photocopy of the ‘Photo Page’ of their passport, as well as to leave photocopies of the travel documents and identification papers with someone at home.
