    9 The number of staff is limited to no more than 2 on any shift and the structure shall be compatible in size and style with neighboring residential structures.

    10 There shall be a minimum separation of one-quarter mile between any family home, group home, emergency residential shelter or rehabilitation house. The distance separation shall be measured from lot line to

    lot line.

    11 Restricted to a maximum of 24 units. It may include facilities to provide food and alcoholic beverages on a limited basis; however, such facilities are restricted to only the use of the persons lodging at theestablishment and their guests and shall not be available to the general public. Any exterior signage shall make no reference to the availability of food or drink. Living units, including permanent quarters for a

    resident manager, may be located on the ground floor.
