The FIFTH GEAR ACCELERATOR Program might be right for you. A Leadership Experience As a FIFTH GEAR ACCELERATOR Associate, you won’t enter the workforce in an average entry-level position. You’ll get the skills and knowledge to leverage your education and gain cross-functional experience inside a dynamic and growing company. Our two-year rotational program is designed for recent college graduates entering the world of supply chain management and logistics. You’ll move through “manager-in-training” roles within the core operational areas of FIFTH GEAR. You’ll gain professional growth through formal training, hands-on job performance, and mentorship relationships with company leaders. Not an Internship It’s not all hand-holding! You’ll have the opportunity to independently manage various projects from inception to implementation. You can expect to spend between two to eight months working in a specific department. Associates are expected to develop operational procedures and process improvements within each rotational area. The program is centered around exploring your skill-sets, developing expertise, and finding a permanent home with the FIFTH GEAR team. Core Rotational Areas Warehouse Operations Hands-on exposure to retail fulfillment including receiving, pick/pack/ship, inventory replenishment and returns processing. Corporate Headquarters Insight into the foundational roles that support the company culture and business growth. Customer Service Time in the contact center environment working to satisfy the needs of our clients’ shoppers while carefully managing the brand. Account Management Learning about the behind-the- scenes data and key performance metrics that are used to manage day-to-day operations.
