RESEARCH QUESTIONS What are the adverse effects of foods

considered normal in one’s diet? How would a diet that is usually reserved for a

person with certain health concerns affect one in perfect health?

Can adjusting one’s diet have effects on his/her health other than the obvious physical improvements (i.e. cognitive function, social interaction, emotions, etc.)?

RESEARCH METHOD Adjust my diet to match that of someone with

a specific dietary condition (Candida Albicans). Monitor my physical, emotional and behavioral

conditions. Record my thoughts, conditions and

experiences via blog posts. Record the content of my meals by taking iOS

pictures and supplementing them to my blog.
