Responsibilities:

Performs Function Test ESP and analyze the performance of the pump and fixing it in the proper running range.

Responsible for pre-commissioning & commissioning oil wells with surface equipment’s including transformer, drive, switchboard, VSD. Calculate required surface voltage, designate proper transformer connections and wire size, set up surface equipment, and ensure system safety devices are installed and functioning.

Responsible for commissioned well surface & downhole trouble shooting, data downloads and startups.

Performs Switchboard to VSD & Vise-Versa Conversions, Genset to Ministry power conversions.

Experienced in Zenith, Oxford, GRC Sensor surface panels and its connections on switchboard/VSD’s for appropriate well condition readings and its trips.

Experienced in pressure switch connections and its trip settings. Performs ESP Installation with Y-Tool, Shroud and do Pull-Out with the same. Assisted in the pre-delivery inspection of ESP downhole equipment before using them

on the well site. Performed shimming for gas handlers & compression pumps. Assisted in the tear down of ESP equipment to find the cause of the failure. Experienced with WSP, Reda, SLB, GE & Centrilift ESP equipment’s/surface drives. Worked with the Zenith, Oxford, and GRC Downhole Sensors. Prepared all reports such as pull-out, installation, function tests, commissioning and

communicating the same with the client. Prepares loading note, delivery note, and material requisition from stores and checks

all equipment before loading and off-loading. Performed cable preparation, cable splicing, pothead splicing and cable repairs.  Performed cable inspection with appropriate testing. Performs installation of Scale capillary tube in sucker rod wells for acid injection. Do all works with the JSA procedure and follows safe working practice in the

workshop, field and KOC work permit holder. Responsible for complete set of tools and instruments maintenance as well as

housekeeping. Complete necessary paperwork for equipment identification and tracking, inventory

control. Ensure periodic maintenance and repairs are made to the company vehicle.
