The Employer’s Requirements are crucial and must include all things that the Employer requires in respect of the execution and completion of the works, including the requirement as to the ‘intended purpose’. Learn how the FIDIC Plant and Design-Build Contract calls for:

The Silver and Gold Books were introduced by FIDIC into their range of contract forms to cover two special aspects of construction which have become more and more in demand over the past decade or so.
