Fico Sawing LineThe Art of Singulation
Singulation is a process where individual products are sawn from
a large strip.
With the Fico Sawing Line (FSL), Fico has integrated all different
singulation process steps into one single machine. Instead of tape,
vacuum is used to handle the products automatically through the
machine carrying out all process steps simultaneously.
With the FSL, singulation is elevated to an art, the art of singulation.
