WARM-UP: Mr Fox (Ireland): Children are slowly approaching Mr. Fox , asking " what time is it Mr. Fox? " and he says " the one." Children continue to come , making the same question and received the same answer, until Mr. Fox yells " lunch " and chases children , trying to touch any for that to be the next Mr. Fox

MAIN PART: Tug of war (Scotland): Two teams will have to get in line and among all members grab a rope, pull it , and try the other team exceeds the preset limit. ( The original rule , is to put the opposing team in the pit that is in the middle ) .

Throwing the hammer (modificated)(Scotland): The launch will be away therefore win the team scoring display the farthest launch.COOL DOWN: - Postal Reorganization (England) (Modified) : Players remain seated in a chair in a circle. One of them has been chosen as "postman" and blindfolded in the center of the circle. Participants choose different names of cities worldwide. When the animator says, for example , "the mail goes from Moscow to Calcutta ! " , the named players must exchange their seats without the postman the catch . Occasionally, the host exclaims: "Postal Reorganization!" And everyone changes chair. Nombre del juego y descripcinWARM UP: HAKA: Show the students the traditional maor dance.

MAIN PART: NETBALL: It is played on a field of 30x15 m divided into three equal parts, with two baskets hung from a pole at the ends. There are seven players who can only move in certain areas and cant move with the ball in their hands. They must make a series of passes until the ball is handed over to the shooter that is the only one who can score.

RUGBY: The main objective of rugby is to obtain possession of the ball and score as many pointsas possible by carrying, passing, kicking and grounding the ball. We will modify some rules and adapt the game to the students to practice it in a save way.

COOL DOWN: POI RAKAU: Two groups. Among all players is chosen one to initially occupy the center of the circle. Each player holds in his hand, perpendicular to the ground, a pole or stick. The player who is in the center passes his stick to another player of the circle which passes his own stick too to the center player. Warm -up :

The game Dance (modified ) : All players are placed squatting with hands on knees and have to go from goal to goal hopping , without falling, without supporting hands , without butting . It will win you reach the other side without falling.

MAIN PART:

Curling (modified) : With brooms will drag a ball to a bounding signal where they must release the ball and try to ward off rivals or get the ball into the rings to score.

Lacroisse (modified ) : With pickers simulating the " stick" of lacrosse , play this game originating in Canada , where each team will have to try to get the ball into the goal in bringing it picker picker . It is important to wear helmets to prevent strokes.

COOL DOWN: Ajutatut (Canadian traditional game): Participants stand in a circle and placed a hand on his back. one of players put the ball in play with a bang at it with his free hand move the teammate who is on your right. And so on until to get all the way around the circle without letting the ball fall to the ground.

WARM UP: KABADDI: Adapt the groups to the participants, making two or four teams. The way to add a point to your team is by getting back to your court after touching one of the other team, or avoiding the toucher to get back to his court. We will adapt it to make it by tagging.

MAIN PART:1. MALLAKHAMB: We are going to do an adaptation of the Indian Pole Gymnastics, related with the acrosports, trying to do a figure within the participation of all the memebers of the group. We will need some pads where the groups will try to do their figure.

2. BADMINTON: Second most played sport in India. We could adapt it to the material that we have, or the conditions of the field. With the Rackets, the players should pass the shuttlecock over the net.

COOL DOWN:

BOLLYWOOD: A final activity where everyone has to reproduce a typical coreography from India, testing their coordination. This will be guided by the teacher.

WARM UP: BOXING: As one of the most sports practiced in Fidji, we will use different games to make the warm up, such as tagging the knees in couples, stepping on the cross for the legs, or touching the elbows without being touched.

MAIN PART: ADAPTED GAMES: Following the history of the most strange game of the world, Caribbean Cup of 1994, where the Golden goal counts as two goals, and in which Barbados scored an own goal to play the overtime where the next goal will count as two. We will try top lay different games adapting the rules, like the last who scores, wins, or scoring from a different place counts double.

ROAD TENNIS: This sport was invented in Barbados in the 1930s, and is played on the streets and on the courts. The net on the floor, and it is played 1vs1 in a small court, the size of the road

COOL DOWN:ADAPTED GOLF: In honor of the great Vijay Singh, a great golfer from Fidji, we will make the cool down adapting the shots, trying to leave a ball inside a ring from different distances.

Tag game: Where the students begin to warm themselves tagging each other

MAIN PART:

Freestyle Dunk Challenge: Developing a championship where the players should make as many dunks as they can to win, those ones have to perform should have gymnastics skills we are going to work with tramps and pads.

Baseball: Trying to let the students know how the game works in all the fields working with sticks and ball, the students will improve their coordination skills by filling their lacks in these terms.

MAIN PART:

Cricket: Is a bat and ball sport, in which two teams of eleven players each. They played on a grass field, roughly oval (elliptical) face, whose length should not be less than that of one of football. In midfield there is a rectangular area to which he is known as pitch.

Dandy shandy: The game is very entertaining for onlookers, two kids, are the pitchers, they stand facing each other about 16ft apart with the third kid standing in the middle. They hurl a softball towards the middle kid, trying to hit him, who like his life depended on it. He tries his best to stay in the game as long as possible by jumping, hopping, wild spinning, and hairpin turns. The onlooker cheers him on with laughter and excitement, until finally the ball finds its target and he is out. One of the pitchers takes the middle, and the game continues.

In groups, prepare a session in which the different physical abilities views the first day of class in the Zero session through traditional games or owned by Anglo-Saxon culture sports. What is sought is that students know to differentiate physical abilities (strength, speed, endurance and flexibility) and also the releases. Each group then exposes to the class their session, explaining the games/sports chosen and their origin and justification of why they choose such games / sports and the capacities implicated.

After the exposition of all groups, all the class will vote (assembly) about which games and sports they want to practice in the last session, the order and what group will show each chosen game.
