The KRONECTION Box is a weather-proof protective enclosure for connecting a 2-pair (A-2) telecommunication cable or for branching a 10-pair (A-10) telecommunication cable to instal-lation cables with fewer pairs.Apart from standard mounting on walls (no mounting material is included in the delivery), mounting on poles is also possible (the pole mounting kit to be ordered separately).The integrated LSA-PLUS connection system permits quick and easy earthing, shielding and contacting of cable wires without using screws, soldering or stripping wires.

The terminating distribution box 6-10/99 K serves as a termina-tion point for cables in the subscriber access network. It can be set up on the inside and outside of buildings and on poles. It serves to connect two cable sections, enabling a separation of the operator network which is thereby protected from un-authorized access. KRONE's LSA-PLUS technology, requiring neither soldering, insulation stripping, nor the use of screws, is employed in the distribution box 6-10/99 K.

KRONECTION-Box A-30

The boxes can be used as DP and as connection and branching point for telecommunication cables with the same number of leads or for the branching off of telecommunication cales with a large number of pairs. The cable entry for the main cable can be sealed. The box can be mounted either directly on walls or on poles using a pole fixing kit (mounting material is not inclu-ded in the delivery). The cover has a special hinge which keeps it open at a 90 degree angle during installation work, so that it functions as a protection against rain. The inside of the box is equipped with fixing points for all standard distribution com-ponents.Maximum installation capacity of connection modules accor-ding to DIN 47608 (fixing dimension: 96.0 mm) or on back-mount frames series 2/10:

KRONECTION-BOX A-200

The KRONECTION-Box A-200 is designed to serve not only as a terminating distribution box but also as a connection and bran-ching box both for indoor and outdoor use. It can accommo-date LSA-PLUS series 2 connection, disconnection or switching modules, with or without overvoltage protection. A variant with a mounting plate allows the customer to install customer-specific components with a maximum installation height of 102 mm on a surface 548 x 190 mm. The box can be mounted on a wall or on a pole. Mounting material for wall mounting and installation instruc-tions are included in the delivery. (Pole-mounting material is available separately). A retainer (on the upper side of the box) prevents the cover from accidentally falling when it is open.

The KRONECTION-Box A-50 U and A-200 U are flush-mounted distribution boxes, which have been designed especially for in-stallation in the outer walls of buildings. Together withKRONE's LSA-PLUS series 2 connection technology on back-mount frames and the corresponding accessories, the boxes serve as connection and branching points for plastic-insulated telecommunication cables. Since the outer surfaces can be painted with commonly availabe fassade paints they are parti-cularly suitable for locations where inconspicuous distributors are desired. Depending on the design, cables can be fed into the Box A-200 U from either above or below. The Box A-50 U only has a cable entry from below. In the standard version both box sizes come with a security lock with the KRONE locking mechanism EURO-LOCKS (NO. 89128) and 2 keys.

KRONECTION Box DT-PLUS 10, fitted

This weather-proof box made of fibre-reinforced, dyed poly-ester (cover) and a base section made of black poly-propylene is used in conjunction with dropwire modules from the DT-PLUS series for leading plastic-insulated telecommunication ca-bles (overhead and ground cables) to dropwires.The KRONECTION Box DT-PLUS 10 can hold up to 10 dropwire modules.
