LAMINATE ROLLERS

Offering a wide variety of laminate rollers for use in the fiberglass industry, including products from Bodi, ES Manufacturing, and Magnum Venus.

ROLLER HANDLES

Typically, rollers are available with plastic or wooden handles. Some users prefer the feel of a wooden handle, although wood can soak up chemicals if stored improperly. Plastic handles feature a textured finish for better grip and will not absorb chemicals, making them generally easier to clean. Many of the handles in both materials also have a bored end, which accepts a standard extension pole to allow for longer reach.

ROLLERHEADS

Rollerheads are typically made of aluminum or plastic. They are available in a variety of sizes and shapes, as well as certain specialty materials. Aluminum heads have been considered the industry standard in the past, and can be cleaned with solvents or a torch. While plastic heads cannot be cleaned with a torch, they generally clean more easily than solvents and are less susceptible to bent fins when dropped.

BRISTLE ROLLERS

Instead of a thin-finned rollerhead, bristle rollers feature a spiral-wound, flexible bristle material. Bristle rollers are very effective for rolling out knitted and unidirectional vs, skincoats, and mold construction. All of our bristle rollers feature plastic handles except for the ES 790M075300, which comes in wood. Bristle rollers also offer replaceable rollerheads, these are shown in parentheses.

DETAIL ROLLERS

Detail rollers are similar to standard rollers, but available in smaller diameters and widths. This is the tool to use for extreme detail work and hard-to-reach places. Bodi detail rollers feature an aluminum roller and handle, while ES Manufacturing detail rollers feature an economy-style plastic handle.
