Launch events:
• Launch events shall be conducted across multiple markets at the select
dealerships. Local press will be invited & addressed during the launch. The
Absolute edition cars will be unveiled.
• The launches are planned in the 3rd week of September 2012. Exact dates
shall be communicated to you separately.

The POS material will comprise of the following items:

• Showroom Banners

• Car Name Plates – ‘Absolute’ branded

Planning & Preparation
• Customers will sense a great value advantage in the Absolute edition, over
the monthly scheme.
• With focussed advertising across various media, a high demand is
expected to be generated for the Absolute edition.
• Therefore, it is essential that the dealerships are adequately prepared to
meet this high demand.
• The following slide explains the pre-requisites for the same.

Pre-requisites
1. Orders for Absolute pack need to be placed from 7th September 2012
onwards.
2. It is mandatory to display at least one car in the showroom, fitted with the
Absolute pack accessories, 15th September onwards.
3. Initial stocking quantity should be at least 30% of the vehicle sales (for the
1st month), to meet customer demand.
4. Re-orders can be done as per actual customer orders received.
5. All POS shall be displayed as per the guidelines, at all times.
6. DSEs / CAs need to focus on promoting the Absolute edition & explain the
value proposition to walk-in customers.

Ordering & Claim process
1. The Absolute pack needs to be ordered against a single part number
a) For Linea – 59117416
b) For Punto - 59117417
2. The Absolute pack shall be billed free of cost to the dealer
3. The labour charges shall be reimbursed as per the following:
a) Reverse Parking sensors – Rs.350
b) Mud flaps – Rs.80
4. In case of a customer opting for the Absolute Pack along with Insurance @
50%, through Future Generali, the amount for insurance needs to be
collected from the customer by dealer, who in turn will be debited for the
same amount by TML.
5. At the end of every month, the dealer needs to provide details of the
customer & vehicle wherein the Absolute pack has been offered.
