Two seriously hurt in US 1 accident in Titusville A two-vehicle accident on US 1 in Titusville leaves one person withlife-threatening injuries and another with a serious injury By Scott Gunnerson Sept 24 2013

TITUSVILLE -- A 20-year-old woman died from injuries suffered in a

car crash near Titusville this morning according to the Florida

Highway Patrol The womanrsquos name has not been released pending

notification of her next of kin

Police say Theotis Campbell 36 was driving north on US 1 in a

2002 Chevrolet SUV at about 940 am Near Columbia Boulevard

the Vero Beach man lost control of the SUV crossed into the

southbound lanes and the front of his car hit the front of a 2004 Toyota

Matrix flipping the Toyota

Campbell suffered minor injuries and was taken to Holmes Regional

Medical Center according to FHP The unidentified driver of the

Toyota was taken to Parrish Medical Center

but died from her injuries She was wearing a

seatbelt
