Auditing is done in accordance with the terms of the International Standards on Auditing, as prescribed by the South African Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (IRBA). The responsibilities of the department include the following:

s Consultation and verification services

We are accredited by the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (IRBA) to independently verify a B-BBEE scorecard and issue a valid B-BBEE certificate.

This is how we can help:

Ÿ Providing an understanding of the effects of B-BBEE on the business strategy, tax planning and operational functioning

Ÿ Formulating a B-BBEE strategy

Ÿ Designing and implementing the strategy to ensure successful empowerment of the business
