❖ Sound equipment is provided for the reception area : Speakers, Sound console, Microphone

❖ Our sound console can be provided and connected with Dj’s equipment/phone/USB disc.

❖ Please ask our staff to show you the right way of use. All the equipment we provide as a venue should be delivered in the same condition as it was given.

Terms and conditions : • All wedding ceremonies and

receptions a our venues are served exclusively Santo Brut Sparkling Wine & Sparkling Rose Santo Demi-Sec, instead of any other sparkling wines or champagnes.

• All wedding ceremonies and receptions, are served exclusively wines with Santo Wines Labels.

• The reception area will be booked privately for the couple from 16:00 till 01:00. Any kind of music used throughout the evening has to be turned down 30% after 23:00 due to State laws regarding quiet hours.

• Santo Wines winery provides only the space for the wedding reception. Any other extra equipment it should be regulated by external partners.

Booking policy :In order to confirm a reservation the payment procedure is as follows:

• 50% of the whole amount deposit (1), at most one week after the confirmation, non-refundable.

• Remaining 50% of the whole amount deposit (2), 1 month prior to the wedding.

Cancelation policy:

• More that 60 days prior to wedding date, 50% of the whole amount is refunded.

Low season offers: • April & November:25% discount ( for all bookings )• May & October :20% discount (only for wedding reception or wedding

ceremony and wedding reception)

Combo booking offer: ❖ 10% discount if you book both the wedding ceremony and wedding reception at

our venue.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:• Confirmation of availability does not equal reservation. Reservations are secured after the deposit of 50% of the full

amount. • Reservations are confirmed in writing via e-mail. Without an e-mail and the relevant booking form explicitly stating the

confirmation of a reservation, the reservation does not exist.• The first deposit must be done within one week of the reservation. In case that the deposit is delayed, without prior

notice, the reservation is invalid.• The second deposit must be done at a minimum of one (1) month prior to the date of the wedding. • In the case of a change in the number of guests, date or time of the event, services or any other aspect that can affect

the billing and execution of the event, we need prior timely notification.• The rates applicable are the rates of the year of the event, not the year that the reservation is made.• The booking policy applies for all future reservations.
