Assembly Double-acting cylinder (PN 152857) (1), cheese-head bolts (2) and(3), guide plate (4), lock nut (5), bolt-on plate (6), cheese-head bolts(7) and (8), guide rule (9).

Function Guide rule for actuation of trip cam (e.g. stem-actuated valve PN 152978).

Fit the guide plate (4) to the side of the cylinder head, using thecheese-head bolts (2) and (8). Fit the bolt-on plate (6) to the pistonrod. In order to do this, remove the cam, push in the bolt-on plate asfar as the lock nut (5) and refit the cam. Insert the guide rule (9) intothe slot of the guide plate (4) and secure the end face to the bolt-onplate (6) using cheese-head bolt (7).

Note It is possible to fit a potentiometer as follows. Use cheese-head bolt(3) to clamp the potentiometer into the 12.7 mm dia. hole in the gui-de plate (4) and screw the M4 thread into the bolt-on plate (6).
