1. Provisional bookings will only be held for 7 days.
2. A £10.00 per person deposit is required to confirm your booking within 7 days of making your provisional reservations. Payment may be made in cash, 1 cheque per party or 1 credit card per party.
3. Pre-orders and full payment are required at least 21 days prior to your booking.
4. All bookings are subject to availability.
5. Once your booking is confirmed a wine order form will be sent to the organiser to pre-order wine. Wine orders will not be processed without payment.
6. The hotel will endeavour to sit groups together where possible, however we are not able to accept table plans.
7. Please note that deposits, part payment and full payment are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be used towards beverage.
8. All prices and rates quoted are inclusive of VAT at 20%, however this is subject to change should the prevailing VAT rate also change.
9. For Christmas party accommodation, a credit card will be required to secure your room.
10. Terms and conditions for your party accommodation will be outlined on the website applicable to the rate that you book. For Group accommodation booked with the hotel the terms and conditions will be confirmed at the time of booking.
11. If the hotel is unable to sell a particular event, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the event.
12. New Year’s Eve gala dining and accommodation package require an initial deposit of £50 per couple. Also, see below.
13. New Year’s Eve gala dining and accommodation package require full payment no later than 30th November 2018. Any packages booked after this time will require full payment at the time of booking. No refunds or cancellations will be made.
