o Indian food like chicken curry or Keema curry
oVegetarian food like risotto, omelette or Stroganoff
My theme
My theme will be vegetarian. I have chosen this theme because a lot of people think that vegetarian food is boring and it could change their perspective on veggie food. Also there would be something for everyone, it can be hard for vegetarians to find food at places like festivals so this would make it easier. I am going to make a mushroom risotto. It is a good festival food because it is healthy. Also it isn’t to hard to serve as there is not many components once it is served.
RISOTTO PLAN

different flavours and textures eg. enoki mushroom, cremini mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms)
