2.1 Utilisation – Use – Use

FERTILOC+ permet l’apport d’engrais granulé localisé pour culture en ligne. Il se présente sous la forme d’interface entre le tracteur et tous modèles de bineuses ou avec un semoir sous réserve de compatibilité. Il peut aussi être monté sur le relevage avant du tracteur.

FERTILOC+ enables localised granular fertiliser to be applied to row crops. It comes in the form of an interface between the tractor and all hoeing machine models or with a seed drill as long as they are compatible. It can also be mounted on the front lift of the tractor.

C’est un ensemble autonome composé d’un double attelage catégorie 2/3 avec un porte à faux de 0 m 60. 2 capacités de trémie sont proposées ; 900 litres en 2m50 et 1300 litres en 3m50. Le nombre de sorties est modulable de 2 à 8 en 2m50 et de 2 à 12 en 3m50. Le convoyage de l’engrais se fait, en fonction du besoin, par gravité ou par soufflerie hydraulique. Le réglage du débit se fait en manœuvrant la molette de réglage des cellules distributrices.

It is an autonomous assembly made up of a double coupling, Category 2/3, with a chassis frame overhang of 0.60m. 2 hopper capacities are offered: 900 litres for the 2.50m and 1300 litres for the 3.50m. 5.1 Liaison sur le tracteur - Connection to the tractor - Connection to the tractor

Le FERTIlOC+ est équipé d’un attelage 3 Points à broches entre chapes écartement N°2 .Tous les modèles sont équipés de broches N°2/3.Il s’attelle sur tous les relevages normalisés. ATTENTION : Ne jamais rester entre le tracteur et le FERTIlOC+, il y a risque d’accident.

L’ensemble «Tracteur + FERTIlOC+ « représente une masse importante. En

vue de permettre une stabilité statique suffisante il faut s’assurer que la charge sur l’essieu avant du tracteur n’est pas inférieure à 20% de la masse à vide du tracteur. Pour cela la méthode la plus pratique consiste à peser l’avant du tracteur sur une bascule et comparer le résultat avec la valeur conseillée dans la notice du tracteur. Ajouter des masses à l’avant du tracteur sinécessaire.

En version cellule indépendante, il y a une molette de réglage sur chaque cellule qui permet si besoin de régler des débits différents d’une cellule à l’autre, par exemple pour déposer des demi-doses à l’extérieur.En version cellule centralisée, il y a une molette de réglage à chaque extrémité de la trémie qui agit sur toute les cellules de la même façon pour avoir un débit identique sur chaque sorties.

APRES LA PREMIERE HEURE D’UTILISATION Vérifier le serrage de la boulonnerie.AVANT CHAQUE JOURNEE DE TRAVAIL Vérifier l’état des tuyaux de descente de l’engrais. Vérifier le graissage des chaines du module d’entrainement de l’arbre de distribution.Vérifier la pression des pneus préconisée à 2 bars. UNE FOIS PAR AN, APRES CHAQUE SAISON Remplacer les tuyaux de descente d’engrais usagés Graisser les roulements des roues de terrage et contrôler à la main le jeu des moyeux. Nettoyer l’intérieur et l’extérieur de la trémie au jet d’eau puis évacuer l’eau des cellules distributrice à l’air comprimé. Pièces détachées sur demande. Voir les nomenclatures correspondantes. Les pièces détachées doivent correspondre aux exigences techniques du constructeur, ce qui est toujours le cas avec des pièces d’origine. REMISAGE ENTRE 2 CAMPAGNES Après un nettoyage au jet d’eau ou au nettoyeur haute pression, il est bon d’huiler ou de graisser tous les points susceptibles d’être démontés. Stocker l’appareil sur un sol stable.
