A. Key points to use cutting/bending machine

a. The overlapped part of roof tile and ridge – As the surface is not smooth, cut and bend roof tile.

b. The meeting point of roof tile and wall – Cut and bend roof tile to match the side of wall and then install

c. The part of barge board flashing – Cut and bend roof tile if the length is not match.

d. The part of valley – Cut roof tile to match valley and bend it downward. And then, install it on valley

e. The part of side flashing – In the case of finishing wall with side flashing, bend it as per slope.

- Align the marked cutting line with cutter.

- Cut partially if cutter does not cut well.

- Cut roof tile with force at once.

- Align roof tile with cutter and cut once again.

- Mark the cutting line of roof tile with pen.

- Wear protective equipment such as the safety helmet and safety shoes when cutting roof tile.

- To make the surface smooth, cut roof tile at once

- Fix the hind leg of cutting machine with right foot

B. How to use cutting machine

CutterA Note on the bending machine- There’s a risk of cutting fingers. Place hands far from cutter.- It will be easily cut when roof tile is flattened by hammer. - Align roof tile with cutter and hit with force to cut evenly and easily.

- Prior to using bending machine, flatten bending part with hammer.In the case of cut tile, flatten the cut surface prior to using bending machine.

Upper benderA Note on the bending machine- Place bending machine on a flat surface. - Hold the roof tile firmly with controller of under bender and bend freely.

3. The key points to bend roof tile- Wear protective equipment such as the safety helmet and safety shoes when bending roof tile.

1) Handle of upper bender– Hold roof tile or accessories with handle of upper bender.

2) Upper bender- For bending roof tile or accessories.

4) Controller of under bender- For holding the cut surface of roof tile.

3) Under bender- For bending roof tile or accessories.

4. Bending process of roof tile

- Align bending part of roof tile or accessories with upper bender. Have some space for object.

- Put the object into the under bender.

Take a close look at the bending direction and bending part.

Align bending part with under bender and work the controller.With descending, the under bender holds the object.

Make a shape by pushing object to bending direction.

Push the object into the upper bender.

Hold the object with the handle of upper bender.

Keep holding object with hand even if bending machine holds the object.

- Make a shape by ascending/descending the object to wanted direction.

Pull the handle of upper hand to hold the object.
