Smoothcast from Supreme Concrete combines high quality raw materials and precision moulding technology for products of strength, durability and smooth finish.

Where British Standard sizes are available, additional requirements are specified in BS 1722 (Parts1, 2, 5 or 10, depending on post specification).

SupremeLite is the product for a new generation of lightweight concrete fencing products. These products are up to 45% lighter in weight than conventional concrete and are much easier to handle and erect.

Strongcast was developed by Supreme and remains the best value for a long-lasting, strong and durable product.

ColourAlthough concrete posts are clearly the preferred choice over timber for a durable solution, some people prefer a co-ordinated colour to complement the fence panels. This can still be achieved, if the Evesham product is not the one for you, as the other types of concrete can easily be treated with a recognised fence timber treatment in a wide range of colours.

DECLARATION OFPERFORMANCE


Modern developments in timber fencing have resulted in fencing panels being supplied in imperial and metric sizes. Supreme have designed the attractive Evesham range to meet the demands of the discerning customer. This long life, high strength Concrete Slotted Post and Gravel Board system will accommodate both types of fencing panels.

Evesham Slotted Posts and Gravel Boards are produced using the latest moulding techniques which recreate the appearance of natural stone. Posts are supplied with double-ended pyramid tops or optional 4-way weathered caps.

Fence Options

This fencing system can accommodate either metric or imperial fencing panels. The difference between the two being that imperial panels are manufactured 1830mm (6') wide and metric panels are manufactured 1800mm (5'11") wide. Two gravel board options are therefore offered, one at 1830mm (6') and one at 1800mm (5'11")

2850mm (9'4") Evesham Posts are available for use on sloping sites or where ground conditions require the use of longer posts.

The optional Post Cap for the Evesham Post not only enhances the appearance of the finished fence but also provides additional security by preventing the panels from being lifted out.

REPAIR SPURS

Where wooden posts have been used, they will be subject to rotting at ground level and will require replacement at some point.

A repair spur is an alternative to complete replacement and can even be used on new fences if using wooden posts. Repair Spurs are available in a choice of sizes and are easy to install.

DekBlokTM

Building decking has never been quicker or easier than when you use Supreme Concrete's DekBlok system. Accurate setting out is simplified as there is no requirement for wet concrete or digging post holes and all timber is protected from direct contact with the ground - so minimising the risk of rot or vermin damage.

DekBlok provides a stable foundation for the deck joists and framing, simply position the units on firm levelled ground. This is now ready to accept the framing. The central recess in the DekBlok unit is designed to accept 75mm (3") or 100mm (4")posts while the four way slots are ideal for standard 50 mm (2") support timbers for the deck frame.

This range includes purpose-made heavy duty slotted posts to suit every application, including extending the tops to accommodate three rows of barbed wire.

NOTE: For Concrete Panel Walling Systems use heavy duty slotted posts only. Use panels from the same date of manufacture. Shade of product may vary due to the use of natural materials.

Long Life ComposterOur new long life composter will not rot or be attacked by vermin. In fact it is the only composter you should buy! Made from SupremeLite which is up to 45% lighter than conventional concrete, it provides the ideal environment to make the perfect compost, helping to maintain warmth and moisture all year round.

The simple 'slot together' design requires no fixings and is quick to build but can also be disassembled for use elsewhere. The composter is manufactured in a light brown colour to blend in with most domestic environments. It has a 530 Litre capacity making it ideal for most small to medium sized gardens.
