Temporary site hoarding combinesmany of the benefits of modulartemporary fencing, with the addedsecurity and privacy of a solidhoarding system. Widely used withinthe construction industry, these robust panels are manufactured fromsolid galvanised steel and are quickand easy to install.
As an alternative to standardgalvanised panels, site hoarding can be produced in a variety of coloursmaking them ideal if an enhancedcorporate image is required.
We offer a variety of galvanised steelcrowd control barriers ideal forconstruction sites, roadworks, utilityprojects and events.
Actavo provide pedestrian barriersmanufactured to the same standardsas our fencing and site safetyproducts. We provide many variantsand sizes, all manufactured with ahard-wearing tubular steel frame and a choice of bar infill. For maximumdurability our barrier systems aregalvanised as standard; and offer anadditional powder coating option forcustomers who require a particularcolour.
Our most popular barrier is a fixed legpedestrian barrier, a one piece unit,which has been specially designedwhere speed of erection and securityare the main concern. The barriersimply slots together making erectionand dismantling quick and easy. Theheavy gauge tubular feet are welded tothe frame in an offset position makingthem ideal for stacking.

The recognised and well establishedstacking barrier from Actavo it has allthe usual advantages of standardstackable systems but in additionprovides many unique features. Thebarrier has undergone modifications tofurther improve longevity and to meetthe proposed NRSWA changeseffecting wind stability as set out inBS8442 (when erected and assembledcorrectly).The barrier panels have recessedreflective emblems, with features toaid stacking up to a maximum of 40,with a central hand grip to aid carryingand positioning.

High Visibility Barriers - Firmus
Our new Firmus pedestrian barrier has a generous 2 metreworking length and a height of 1 metre. Made from highdensity polyethylene it offers a reassuring presence to anysite or walkway.The Firmus creates a highly visible protective wall forpedestrians, whilst making sure motorists are appropriatelycautioned that they are in close proximity to a hazardousarea. It can be deployed with ease in either a straight line orcan be angled to accommodate more irregular excavations.With its link pin design it is ideal for use on unevensurfaces, kerbs and slopes without compromising stabilityand with the option of an anti-trip foot it keeps walkwaysclear without encroaching on pedestrian space.Fitted with a reflective strip the Firmus is clearly visible atnight or in bad weather and has the option to add beaconsor hazard warning signs.

Traffic SeparatorsOur traffic separators are easy to setup and link together via a captive pinlinking system, which enables straightor curved configurations to be created.The system has the facility to beweighted with either a sand ballast orwater for extra stability via threadedfiller at the top of the unit, with a lowerplug for easy drainage. They aredesigned to stack very efficientlyenabling transport cost to be reduced.Other features include slots for ease ofsighting with a forklift and an integrallamp recess for road hazard lamps.The traffic separators aremanufactured from UV stabilisedpolythene and are normally supplied inred or white (other colours areavailable on request). They can be usedat docks, airports and constructionsites to ensure pedestrian guidanceand safety.

Mass BarriersTraffic Management Safety System is a high visibility safetysolution and ensures a stable secure connection. It is thebasis of this system and its versatility allows it to be usedin many applications. The system has been fully testedproviding protection to work force, vehicle drivers as well aspedestrians.The base unit is a steel barrier consisting of hot dipgalvanised elements, powder coated in highly visible safetycolours.
