Feet in the Clouds, Head in the Garden
This garden seeks to manipulate and engage our active and enduring encounters with landscape. It literally upends our expectation of a garden and allows us to see it with fresh eyes while affirming the mysteries and enchantments of nature. The garden becomes a machine or lens for seeing the greater world around us in a new way. Claude Lorraine’s glass and Versaille’s Mirror Hall serve as the initial inspirations.
