The sand presented in this exhibition is that of Country. This sand comes from Elizabeth Close’s Grandmother’s Country, near Pukatja in the
Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara Lands in South Australia. We are privileged to have this as part of the exhibition.
