1. INTROduCTION »

1.1 AnnouncementThis rally will be run in compliance with the FIA International Sporting Code and its appendices, the 2015 FIA World Rally Championship Sporting Regulations and these Supplementary Regulations.

Modifications,amendmentsand/orchangestotheseSupplementaryRegulationswillbe announced only by numbered and dated Bulletins (issued by the Organiser or the Stewards).

4.2 Entry procedure

ThosewhowishtotakepartinLotos72ndRallyPolandmustfillintheelectronicentry formpublishedatwww.rallypoland.pldulycompletedbefore theclosingdateforentries.EntryformisavailableontheOrganiser’swebsiteunderthecompetitorssection.

Manufacturers,WRCTeams,competitorsregisteredinWRC2,WRC3whowishtoscore Championship points and Junior WRC drivers make their entries by using the standardentryformsfortheirchampionships,whichmaybeobtainedfromtheFIA.

Theentryapplicationwillonlybeacceptedifaccompaniedby:

•Theproofofpaymentofthetotalentryfeeorareceiptissuedby the competitor’s National Sporting Authority•PhotocopiesoftheCompetitor,DriverandCo-DriverCompetitionlicenses•PhotocopiesoftheDriverandCo-Driverdrivinglicenses•Photocopyof1stpageofthecarhomologationformfortheenteredcar.

ForeigndriversmustbeinpossessionoftheapprovaloftheirownASnwhichmustbeattachedtotheentryformorshownatadministrativechecksatthelatest.

Original of entry form must reach the Organiser (Rally Office – address details in Art. 2.3) no later than Monday 8 June 2015.

4.6Refunds

Organisersmayrefund30%oftheentryfeetothosecompetitorswhowereunabletostarttherallyforreasonof“forcemajeure”asagreedbytheStewards(certifiedbytheirASn).Thismustbeappliedforinwritinggivingthereasonforclaimincludingbank and account details.

5. INSuRANCE »

5.1The entry fee includes the insurance premium for the competitors’ civil liability tothird partieswhose taker isPZM (PolishAutomobile andMotorcycle Federation).Comprehensive vehicle insurance and personal accident insurance are the sole responsibilityoftheentrant/competitor.

5.2The cover of this Insurance is limited to €10,000,000.00 per accident, in corporal or material damage.

5.3Theinsurancewillcomeintoeffectfromscrutineering.Itwillceaseattheendoftherallyoratthemomentofretirementorexclusion.DuringtheShakedowntherallycars will be covered by the same Insurance.

5.4Incaseofanaccident,thecompetitororhisrepresentativemustnotifytheClerkoftheCourseinwritingasquicklyaspossibleandwithin24hours.Hemustexplainthecircumstancesunderwhichtheaccidentoccurred,eventualcausesandconsequences.Likewisehemustmentionthenamesandaddressesofanywitnesses.

5.5By submitting their entries, the competitors, drivers and car owners waive any claims or rightstopursueactionfordamagesinconnectionwiththeeventagainsttheOrganiser.

5.6 The service vehicles, even those bearing special plates issued by the Organisers, may neverbeconsideredasofficialparticipantsintherally.Theyarethereforenotcov-eredbytheinsurancepolicyoftherallyandremainthesoleresponsibilityoftheirowner.ThesameisvalidforthecarsusedbytheCompetitorsduringreconnaissance,evenbearingaserialnumberoraneventspecificsticker.

6.ADVERTISInGAnDIDEnTIFICATIOn »

6.1 Organiser’s advertising

TheoptionalOrganiser’sadvertisingwhichwillbeaffixedonCompetitorscarswillbecommunicated later by a bulletin.

6.2Rallyplates&Identificationnumbers

TheOrganiserswillissueCompetitionnumbers,accordingtoArticle18oftheFIAWRCSporting Regulations. These Competition Numbers, Rally Plates and Optional Advertising mustbeaffixedonthecarbeforepre-eventscrutineeringasshowninAppendix4oftheseregulationsandmustbevisiblethroughoutthedurationoftherally.

6.3 Advertising restrictions

6.3.1no political, religious or abusive advertising. Advertising for alcoholic beveragesandtobaccoareforbidden.Theselawsapplytocompetingcars,servicecars,teamequipmentsandclothes.

6.3.2 TheOrganizer of the Lotos72ndRallyPolandand its commercial partner have theexclusiverightstoruneverykindofpromotional,advertisingandcommercialactivitiesintheservicepark,therallyfanpark,premisesofrallyHQi.e.theareaandsurroundingsofHotelGołębiewskiandtheentirerouteoftherallyandthevicinityunderstoodasthearearemainingwithintheeyesightfromtherouteoftherally.Thisappliestoeveryportionofthe road i.e. both the special stages and the road sections.

6.3.3 Every promotional, advertising and commercial activity not authorized by the organizer or the commercial partner will be considered as the unauthorized activities.

6.3.4 Each company interested in running any promotional, advertising or commercial activitiesattheLotos72ndRallyPolandshouldcontactwiththeorganizerand/orcommercial partner with suitable advance and sign the agreement.

6.3.5The organizer has the right to undertake suitable legal action according to civil and sportinglawinordertoremoveimmediatelyeveryeffectofunauthorizedactivitiesincluding any advertising medium and commercial or exhibit booth.

6.3.6 Every competitor and every crew entered to the rally have the right to display the advertisingmediaoftheirsponsorsonlyontheirvehicles(includingthecompetingcar),garmentsoftheteammembersandwithintheareaoftheirspaceintheservicepark provided that these media will be installed in such a way that they do not cause the danger to people and objects nearby.

6.3.7 TheClerkoftheCoursehastherighttobringeverycaseofunauthorizedactivitiestotheStewardswhomayimposethepenaltyonthecompetitor/teamwhowasfoundguilty. 7.TYRES »

9. RECONNAISSANCE »

9.1Procedureforreconnaissanceregistration

ReconnaissanceregistrationwilltakeplaceattheRallyOfficeonMonday29June2015,from16:00to20:00hrs.Areconnaissanceregistrationformincludingdetailsofthecarthatwillbeusedduringreconnaissancemustbecompletedbeforecommencingreconnaissance.Thisformisavailableatwww.rallypoland.pl

P1 / P2 drivers may send a representative (duly assigned by writing) to theregistrationforreconnaissance(administrativecheckforP1andP2willbecarriedout by appointment).P3andnon-prioritydrivers:bothcrewmembersmustbepresentattheregistrationastheadministrativechecksforthesecategorieswillbecarriedoutatthesametime.

The reconnaissance numbers supplied during registration must be attached onto the reconnaissancecaronthewindscreen(co-driver’sside)andrearsidewindows.Theymustbevisibleforthedurationofthereconnaissanceperiod.

9.1.1 Participation in Reconnaissance Only

Any driver holding the appropriate international licence and not entered in the rally mayapplytotakepartinreconnaissanceofallspecialstages.Theregulationsonreconnaissance must be respected in their entirety. The Organiser must approve the application.Aregistrationformforthispurposeisavailableatwww.rallypoland.plThefeefortakingpartinReconnaissanceonlyis€800.TheclosingdateforregistrationisMonday15June2015.

9.2. ProgrammeReconnaissance will take place according to the schedule in Appendix 2.Reconnaissance outside the schedule as set by the Organiser is considered a very serious offence and will be reported to the Stewards who may apply apenalty.

9.3Installationofspeedcontrolcheckingdevices

AllprioritydriversandothercrewsselectedbytheFIA,willberequired touseaspeedcontrol (GPStrackingsystem)totheircarsduringreconnaissance.Theuseofsuchrecordersmayinvolveafee.ThenameoftheadditionaldriversrequiredtocarryGPStrackingsystemwillbepublishedbyBulletin.ThistrackingsystemwillbeavailableforcollectionattheRallyOfficeonMonday29June2015between16:00and20:00hours.TheequipmentmustbereturnedattheRallyOfficeonWednesday01July2015between18:00and21:00hrs.

9.4 Restrictions and speed limit

9.4.1 Competitors are permitted a maximum of two passages over each special stageduring reconnaissance. All stages driven more than once in the rally will be considered asonestageforreconnaissancepurposes.Undernocircumstancesmaycompetitorsdriveintheoppositedirectionoftherallytraffic,unlessinstructedbyofficialsorthepolice. Competitors may only enter a special stage through the start and exit through thefinish.AnyinfringementwillbereportedtotheStewards.

9.4.2 The special stages will be open to normal traffic, therefore safety and rights ofother road users must be respected. Competitors are reminded that vehicles may be travelling in the opposite direction.

9.4.3Competitorsmust fully respect thePolish Traffic Law regulations.All competitors

must note that there will be police controls to prevent speeding or other road infringements.

9.4.4 Speed limits

Maximumspeedallowedduringreconnaissanceis80km/honspecialstages,unlessalowerspeedlimitisindicatedbytrafficsignsorbywritteninstructionsintheRoadBook or bulletin.

9.4.5 Areconnaissancerecordcardwillbesuppliedwhichmustbecarriedinthecarforthedurationofthereconnaissance.Thiscardwillbesignedappropriatelyrecordingeveryrunoneachspecialstage.Failuretoproducethiscardwillresultinrefusaltoparticipate in the reconnaissance. 12.4 Start procedure and order

TheofficialstartoftherallywilltakeplaceattheTC0(ServiceOUT)onThursday02July2015startingat18:40hrs.CompetitorsmustcheckinatTC0attheirpublishedstart times. Section 1 Time Cards can be collected at the TC0 control table 10 minutes beforethefirstcarisdue.

Thestartorderforsection1willbepublishedonThursday02July2015at14:30hrs.Thestartfortherally(TC0)willbegiveninthesameorderasfortheSuperSpecialStage(SS1).Thestartforthefollowingsectionswillbegiven inaccordancewithArticle45.2ofthe2015FIAWRCSportingRegulations.

12.5 Super Special Stage, procedure and running order

SS1/9/17(MikolajkiArena)willberununderSuperSpecialStageregulations.Atthissuper special two cars will start at the same time on parallel positions. The cars will followtherouteofthestage,changinglanesinatunnel/bridgecombinationandwillcrossthefinishlineatthesamepositionwheretheystarted.PrecedingtheSS9/17(MikolajkiArena)therewillbearegrouparea.Inthisareacompetitorswillbepairedforthe Super Special Stage. The instructions given by the marshals must be respected.

12.5.1

IftherunningoftheSSSisinterrupted,thiswillbesignaledtothedriversbyyellowflag.Whengiventhissignal,thedrivermustimmediatelyreducespeedandfollowtheinstructionsofanymarshalsorotherofficials.FailuretocomplywiththisrulewillentailapenaltyatthediscretionoftheStewards.

12.5.2Ifthesuperspecialstageisinterruptedorstoppedforanyreason,Article39ofthe2015 FIA WRC Sporting Regulations will apply.

12.5.3ThemaximumtimeforSS1/9/17-SuperSpecialStageMikolajkiArenais5minutes.AnycarwhichfailstocompletetheSuperSpecialStagewithinthismaximumtimewillbeimmediatelyremovedtotheroadsectionaftertheSTOPcontrolbytheOrganiser.Time penalty will be added as in 2015 FIA WRC Sporting Regulations Art. 46.2 and crewwillbedeemedtocontinueinRally2,respectingtherequirementsofWRCArt.47(unlessthecompetitornotifiestheOrganiserotherwise).

12.6 Power Stage

WithreferencetoArt.13.3inthe2015FIAWRCSportingRegulationsSS19Baranowo-2willberunasthe“PowerStage”.

12.6.1 Starting Order

TherewillbearegroupbeforethestartofthePowerStage(SS19),asliveTVcoveragewillbecarriedout.ThestartorderforPowerStage(SS19)willbedeterminedbytheOrganiserin conjunction with the Promoter. All crews must be at organiser’s disposal in the control areabetweenTC18AandTC18B,inordertobeabletoreceiveinformationoftheirduetimefortheTC18B,shouldthisinformationdeviatefromthatgivenatthetimeoftheirarrivalto TC18A. In the regroup between TC18A and TC18B team personnel are not permitted. ThereforeArticle42.5ofthe2015FIAWRCSportingRegulationswillnotapply.

12.6.2EndofPowerStage

ForthepurposedofLiveTVtheremaybeinterviewsattheSTOPcontrolofthestage.The Organisers, in conjunction with WRC Promoter, may stop any car and its crew ontheroadsectionimmediatelyaftertheSTOPcontrolofthestage,sothattheycantakepartinmedia-relatedactivities.ThesecrewswillbedirectedbyofficialsattheSTOPcontrolofthestage.Ifnecessary,additionaltimefortheroadsectiontoTC19Awillbegivenbyanofficialatthislocationonthetimecard.

12.7 Tyre Pressure Adjustment

AllentrantsanddriversareremindedoftheAppendixLtothe2015InternationalSportingCode,inparticularregardingchapterIII-Drivers’equipment(helmets,flame-resistantclothing,frontalheadrestraint(FHR)andsafetybelts).Theseregulations apply to Shakedown as well.

Helmets

AllcrewsmustwearcrashhelmetswhichmeetoneofthestandardslistedinFIATechnicallistno.25.P1andP2driversmustmeettheFIAStandard8860-AdvancedHelmetTestSpecification(Technicallistno.33)–Stronglyrecommendedforalldrivers.

Frontal Head Restraint (FHR)

FHR systems approved by FIA are mandatory. device has to be homologated according to the FIA Technical list no. 29 and 41.

Flame resistant clothing

Allcrewsmustwearoverallsaswellasgloves(optionalforco-drivers),longunderwear,abalaclava,socksandshoeshomologatedtotheFIA8856-2000standard (Technical list no. 27).

DriversmustbeproperlyrestrainedintheirseatbysafetybeltsinconformitywiththespecificationsofAppendixJforthevehicleconcerned,atalltimesduringanevent when it is mobile on a special stage.

Safetyequipmentwillbecheckedatscrutineering,andduringtheevent.Pleasereferto2015FIAInternationalSportingCodeAppendixLChapterIIIforcompleteinformation.
