PROJECT ESM: Stromboli, an island in Europe, far away, so close.Starting from a previous contact with a school in this Italian island, where food and health themes are of primary importance, we want to build in our school a chain of projects that put the value upon the importance of a food and environment education meant in a very healthy and economic way.

• sehr weit von unserer täglichen Realität entfernt

• eine Vulkaninsel:Transport besonderen Bedingungen (z.B. Schule Wetter) Trinkwasser & Lebensmittel (Milch für die Kinder) mit dem

eingeschränkte Landwirtschaft (Kapern, Wein, Fischerei).

• mehr Verständnis für derzeitigen/zukünftigen Herausforderungen (challenges) an Lebensmittelproduktion, -systeme und deren Respekt

• Notwendigkeit von Wissenschaft und Innovation für die Herausforderungen der Lebensmittelproduktion

• potentiellen Vorteile/Kosten/Risiken im Zusammenhang mit neuen Technologien der Landwirtschaft, Nahrungsmittelproduktion und Umwelt
