Survey results, improving the GSA SmartPay website had the potential to improve overall customer satisfaction
The website was developed based on website best practices to support collaboration between agencies/organizations and GSA SmartPay staff to share the latest information and resources, program developments, lessons learned, best practices, and more!
Benefits of the new website include: Easier role-based navigation throughout the website and improved end
