Refresh #25 was published on February 9, 2010
Refresh #25 mass mod* was delayed and will be combined with the Goldstar mass mod initiative due for release by April 20, 2010.
NAICS & PSC codes were reviewed, updated, and deemed relevant to Schedule 70.
*If contractors need to add the new SINs before April 20, 2010, then they may notify their contracting officer directly to add the SINs.

– Added a SIN description where it had been blank.

Changes to Submission Method
Paper offers or those submitted via email must be segregated into three volumes, entitled: Volume I: Contract Data Volume II: Technical Proposal Volume III: Price Proposal
There were no changes to the way offers are submitted through eOffer (eoffer.gsa.gov).

Changes to Solicitation Attachments
Points of Contact Attachment GSA POCs are listed throughout the Solicitation for various
purposes, so a single list was compiled for the vendors and added as an Attachment to the Solicitation.
Sample Dealer Reseller Spreadsheet: Converted from Word to Excel format.
Small Business Sub Contracting Plan: The newest version of the SubK Plan (Model) was provided
by the Small Business Office.
