Club Meeting Special News
All livestock exhibitors will get a buyers list at their club meeting this month. You must attend your club meeting to get this list.
Veterinary Science Will start on Thursday, February 7th at
5:30 pm @ Town & Country Animal Hospital.
Please be there by 5:20 pm, sign in & grab a name tag. Remember to use your manners, raise your hand & speak
loudly.
This project will meet on February 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th & March 7th.
The “Grand Finale” of the project will be the Texas A&M Veterinary School Open House. Stay tuned for the 2019 date.
Our office will be CLOSED
February 18th
for President’s Day.

Will kick off the year with a mandatory
Safety Orientation on, Saturday, February 2nd
@ 10 am @ The Hill Country Shooting Sports

We are excited to get back to sewing starting Friday, February 1st at 4:30 pm at the Extension Office.
We will continue to meet every Friday in February (8th, 15th, 22nd)

At your February Club Meetings you MUST pick up the following: the list of buyers that purchased your animal & a blank copy of the 4-H project record
book. These will only be available at your club meeting. If you prefer to fill out your record book on the computer, contact the Extension Office & we will
be happy to email you a copy of the record book in word form.
As long as buyers bills are paid in a timely manner, checks will be available for pick-up early March (we will let you know when they are ready). In
order to pick up your check, you MUST turn in a completed & signed project record book & all
thank-you letters that were written to all buyers. Each letter needs to have a stamp on the
envelope. We will mail them for you. A signature from the exhibitor, parent or legal guardian will also be required to receive your check.
***ALL CHECKS WILL BE PICKED UP FROM THE EXTENSION OFFICE BY THE EXHIBITOR OR
LEGAL GAURDIAN***
