The Heroes of Desert Storm is a 1991 film that told the story of the Persian Gulf War's Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm from the point of view of several participants. Lt. February 6, 2016 - Hilton Union Square There are a number of events that take place around the big game but one of the most impactful will be the Super Bowl Breakfast, presented by our friends at Athletes in Action. The breakfast will be held at 8 a.m. on Saturday, February 6, at the Hilton Union Square in San Francisco. Since 1988, the NFL-sanctioned Super Bowl Breakfast has been held in the host city of the Super Bowl. The Breakfast is an outreach to business executives drawing sell-out crowds of 1,500 - 2,000. Confirmed guests include: Tony Dungy, Brent Jones, Benjamin Watson, Roger Staubach, Mike Ditka, Jerry Kramer and Jack Del Rio for the program, with more NFL athletes and coaches to be announced. The Super Bowl Breakfast also features the presentation of the Bart Starr Award to a current NFL player. This year's recipient will be Thomas Davis with the Carolina Panthers, who was voted on by his peers for outstanding character and leadership in the home, on the field and in the community. We hear the Bay Area is "broken" and San Francisco is the most unchurched city in the U.S. - what if we could reach these individuals using the hype of Super Bowl 50? What if we used this event, which has been reaching the lost for 29 years, and put our words into action? Even for those who are not crazy about sports, the Super Bowl is in a class by itself. People who won't step foot in a church will gladly attend a Super Bowl event featuring the biggest names in the NFL. The Gospel will be presented, with an opportunity for follow-up, so if you want to help reach the Bay Area for Christ, here is a perfect opportunity! Buy a table of 10 and fill it with influencers who need the Lord and watch God change lives at this unique outreach. Visit www.superbowlbreakfast.com for more information and to purchase tickets, or reach out to Allison Vogel at [email protected] with any questions.

“PHENOMENAL WOMAN” Copyright © 1978

Pretty women wonder where my secret lies, I’m not cute or built to suit a fashion model’s size But when I start to tell them, They think I’m telling lies, I say, It’s in the reach of my arms, The span of my hips, The stride of my step, The curl of my lips, I’m a woman Phenomenally. Phenomenal woman. That’s me. I walk into a room Just as cool as you please, And to a man, The fellows stand or Fall down on their knees, Then they swarm around me, A hive of honey bees,

I say, It’s the fire in my eyes. And the flash of my teeth, The swing in my waist, And the joy in my feet, I’m a woman Phenomenally, Phenomenal woman, That’s me. Men themselves have wondered What they see in me, They try so much But they can’t touch My inner mystery, When I try to show them, The say they still can’t see, I say, It’s in the arch of my back, The sun of my smile, The ride of my breasts, The grace of my style.

I’m a woman Phenomenally, Phenomenal woman, That’s me. Now you understand Just why my head’s not bowed. I don’t shout or jump about Or have to talk real loud. When you see me passing, It ought to make you proud, I say, It’s in the click of my heels. The bend of my hair, The palm of my hand, The need for my care, ‘Cause I’m a woman Phenomenally, Phenomenal woman, That’s me.
