Turf Management & Water
• Goal: Provide exceptional playing conditions for the golf season.
• All practices of turf management are being evaluated.• Water: Obtain enough water to maintain health of plants
for the growing season.• Fertilizer: Organic fertilizer to build soil health and not over
stimulate plant growth that depends on more water.• Height of Cut:
– Plan A: Increase the amount of low maintenance areas.– Plan B: secondary rough: 3.5-4” tee surrounds, property lines
and out of play areas.
