Principal Thoughts… Sincerely, Jon Stern Principal Last night we held the annual Science Fair. The energy level was high and the projects were great. Students were energetic during the rewards given out Tuesday morning. There were some items to look at for next year, but overall the feedback has been positive. Congratulations to Rob Stewart, fifth grade teacher, for being named Waba- sha-Kellogg Teacher of the Year. Con- gratulations to the three other nomi- nees: Heidi Purvis-Secondary English; Tara Biever-Secondary Social Studies; Mike Kropp-Secondary Social Studies. All four of these instructors are very deserving of this honor. Students are anxiously looking forward to the Jump Rope for Heart. This is our an- nual fund raiser for the American Heart Association. This event will wrap up on Friday, February 3rd. Also on Friday is the Winter Activity Day. Students are very excited for this ad- venture and the lack of snow and cold has not deterred the enthusiasm. We anticipate a great time for everyone. Testing will begin in February and we will keep everyone informed of the schedule and results. Last night we held the annual Science Fair. The energy level was high and the projects were great.
