POLICY 2417 – Defining ELP2.2.1 no longer meets the definition of LEP2.2.2 no longer participates in alternative language programs/monitoring; and2.2.3 scores above level 5 on the WESTELL for 2 consecutive years or tests proficient for 2 consecutive years on the Alt. Assessment2.2.4 scores at mastery level or above on the WESTEST Reading Lang. Arts assessment (3-8 & 10) or RLA EOC exams (9, 11); OR2.2.5 scores at mastery level or above on the alternate assessment

3.5. All public school students identified as LEP shall participate in the West Virginia Measures of Academic Progress (WVMAP), as determined by the LEP Committee. Using the LEP Assessment Participation Form, the committee will annually determine the appropriate accommodations.
