The purpose of this study is to obtain the optimization solution cooperation of Samoja land with the most economical and feasible criteria as information for the company to conduct the business of supporting asset optimization. Research Executive at Marketing Research Indonesia (PT Marsindo Konsult Prima), January 1st, 2013 to

July 1st, 2013. Conducting Market Research Project in Non-Mysteries Shopper Area in order to help client

to understand customer needs that impact their brand, product and service, identify target market and

how to optimally position client's product and service, assess the potential of the new product and help

develop winning strategies for the brand, and to understand customer expectation, satisfaction and

loyalty.

Training:

Level 2 – Food Safety and Hygiene (Catering) Course from City and Guilds Accredited Virtual College,

United Kingdom (December 2015). This course covers an introduction to food safety and hygiene; impact

of food-borne illness; understanding food law; food safety hazards and contamination; food preservation,

storage and temperature control; personal hygiene; hygienic premises and equipment; HACCP ( Hazard

analysis and critical control points) and summary.

In early 2014, I have joined an English for Academic Purposes (EAP) Intensive Certified Course for six

months at University of Indonesia by sponsorship from Indonesia's Ministry of Education.

During the period of Bachelor degree program (2008-2012) I have got the number of certified related-

competency trainings including Asset Inventory skill, asset valuation, asset information and

management system, and computer skill.

In the graduation day in 2012, I was accepting an award of Best Dissertation of the Year for my final

project. I also awarded as top 10 best graduate cum, Laude.

In 2014, I was awarded an “Indonesia Endowment Fund Scholarship” by Indonesian Government to study

in the United Kingdom.

Interest and hobbies:

I really interested and enjoyed deeper in studying and researching in Physical Asset Management, Real Estate,

Property, Valuation & Appraisal, Surveying, Investment, Planning & Development, and Sustainability. I really

enjoy every single process of learning and adjusting to a new environment. I love taking chances and always

challenge myself to optimize and explore my ability. In the leisure time, my hobby is cooking and I really good

on it, I love to treat, serve and make my friends happy by cooking some special foods for them. My second

hobby is fashion, it means that I always love to follow the latest trend and style, I always concern with how to

dress better and always look good.
