o Expanding the real estate knowledge on real estate market and investment by choosing a
dissertation with a topic of The Effect of Overseas Real Estate Investment (OREI) on Indonesia Real

Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc.) in Asset Management from Politeknik Negeri Bandung, Indonesia
(2008 – 2012).
o Work on internship program at the Asset Management function of PT PERTAMINA (Persero) Western
Java Area for 3 (three) months (July 26th to October 26th, 2011). The Internship activities undertaken
include Assets Survey and observation, Asset Document Scanning, designing in Electronic Filing
System, Creating Data Verification of Assets, Doing A review of assets, and Designing Database
Software Assets in Microsoft Office Access. At the end of work, the report has delivered under titled
"Inventory of Assets Land and Buildings in Non-Pipeline Area of PT PERTAMINA (Persero)”
o Do a case study for 3 (three) months (November 14th 2011 to February 13th 2012) at PT PERTAMINA
under the title "Analysis of Highest and Best Use of Land and Building Asset PT PERTAMINA (Persero)
Area JBB in Samoja-Bandung". The purpose of this study is to obtain the appropriate development
solutions for the utilization of land assets PT.Pertamina (Persero) Area JBB in Samoja, Bandung, as
input for the company to conduct the business of supporting asset optimization.
o Conduct a final project for 2 (Two) months (May 9th to July 13th 2012) at PT PERTAMINA under the
title “Analysis of Investment Feasibility and Business Cooperation for Optimization of Asset Samoja
Land PT Pertamina”. The purpose of this study is to obtain the optimization solution cooperation of
Samoja land with the most economical and feasible criteria as information for the company to
conduct the business of supporting asset optimization.
Professional experience:
Chef de Partie at Pronto Technology Ltd. London. September 2015 to January 2016. Working as a Kitchen
Assistant and under supervision by Executive Chef in the development and food production kitchen at
Pronto Technology Ltd. London. Responsible for day to day food preparation, food portioning and
packaging, and food delivery. Assist the executive chef in all cooking process including food marinating,
baking, grilling, frying, boiling, steaming, and sauce making. Working in the very clean and hygienic
professional kitchen with a strict food delivery time. Trained to work under pressure and follow the food
safety and hygiene regulations.
Real Estate and Property Valuer at Knight Frank, Indonesia, July 2nd, 2013 to December 18th, 2013.

Research Executive at Marketing Research Indonesia (PT Marsindo Konsult Prima), January 1st, 2013 to
July 1st, 2013. Conducting Market Research Project in Non-Mysteries Shopper Area in order to help client
to understand customer needs that impact their brand, product and service, identify target market and
how to optimally position client's product and service, assess the potential of the new product and help
develop winning strategies for the brand, and to understand customer expectation, satisfaction and
loyalty.
Training:
Level 2 – Food Safety and Hygiene (Catering) Course from City and Guilds Accredited Virtual College,
United Kingdom (December 2015). This course covers an introduction to food safety and hygiene; impact
of food-borne illness; understanding food law; food safety hazards and contamination; food preservation,
storage and temperature control; personal hygiene; hygienic premises and equipment; HACCP ( Hazard
analysis and critical control points) and summary.
In early 2014, I have joined an English for Academic Purposes (EAP) Intensive Certified Course for six
months at University of Indonesia by sponsorship from Indonesia's Ministry of Education.
During the period of Bachelor degree program (2008-2012) I have got the number of certified related-
competency trainings including Asset Inventory skill, asset valuation, asset information and
management system, and computer skill.

I was awarded the “Increasing Academic Achievement Scholarship” for two years in a row (2010 and 2011)
by the University for my academic report improvement.
In the graduation day in 2012, I was accepting an award of Best Dissertation of the Year for my final
project. I also awarded as top 10 best graduate cum, Laude.
In 2014, I was awarded an “Indonesia Endowment Fund Scholarship” by Indonesian Government to study
in the United Kingdom.
Interest and hobbies:
I really interested and enjoyed deeper in studying and researching in Physical Asset Management, Real Estate,
Property, Valuation & Appraisal, Surveying, Investment, Planning & Development, and Sustainability. I really
enjoy every single process of learning and adjusting to a new environment. I love taking chances and always
challenge myself to optimize and explore my ability. In the leisure time, my hobby is cooking and I really good
on it, I love to treat, serve and make my friends happy by cooking some special foods for them. My second
hobby is fashion, it means that I always love to follow the latest trend and style, I always concern with how to
dress better and always look good.
