Settle in to your own personal bliss through a SATTVA-style restorative practice.
This style of yoga was developed in Edmonton, AB, blending elements of traditional Hatha and Ashtanga yoga. In this practice, we will focus upon integrating the action of the body using the breath, and a carefully selected sequence of seated, restorative postures.
There will also be pranayama (breathing techniques) and a short meditation following the physical practice.
All ages and levels welcome.

I will be demonstrating how eating healthy doesn’t have to take so much of your time in the kitchen! It will be a very educational and a hands on, visual workshop where I will be giving tips and tricks on how to meal prep for the week. You may even learn how to make a new recipes or two that you never thought of trying.

We go through 3 specific rhythmic breath patterns, similar to holotropic breathing and rebirthing. When we practice this way of breathing, we focus on awakening ourselves & our awareness of self in pure consciousness. As your energy expressions begin to shift, You are nurtured & completely cared for with gentle movement, chakra balancing and applied acupressure points. This helps your energy to release and flow freely.
