Wireless CRM for GoldMine

wMobile is a web-based client for GoldMine® based CRM systems. Users access wMobile from their desktop computer, tablet or phone. wMobile enables GoldMine users to access the functionality of GoldMine in a lightweight web client.

Contact DetailsIn the Desktop Edition, contacts appear with a full screen layout with critical information on the top half of the screen. Detail information such as interaction history, linked documents, custom field views, and notes appear in easy to navigate tabs in the lower half. wMobile supports record-typing so field views will match between GoldMine and wMobile. Tab selection is customizable by an administrator and/or a user. Frequently used functions can be made readily available, while unused functions can be removed to simplify the user experience.

Google IntegrationwMobile Desktop delivers a built in Google tab for quick and easy research related to the currently viewed contact record including mapping, direction, and web links. User options tell wMobile which contact fields to search on for targeting your Google results.

Phone & Email IntegrationwMobile interacts with your mobile phone allowing you to quickly call and email contacts. Users have full access to one or more email accounts. Sent and received email messages will be linked in the GoldMine contact history, based on a matching email address.

MetricsKey metrics such as calls completed, sales completed and emails processed are viewable for individuals and teams based on security rights.

Activity ListTo-do activities are easily accessed by the user in both list and calendar formats. Users can edit, reschedule and complete activities quickly from the Activity List or calendar. The user can easily navigate to related contact records.

Calendar & ActivitieswMobile allows you to review, edit, add, and complete activities with immediate update of your GoldMine database, including recurring activities. You can schedule and review activities for GoldMine team members on an intuitive graphical calendar. wMobile supports activity notifications when new activities are assigned to a user, when changes are made to activities, when alarms are due, and on completion of activities marked for RSVP.

Users can view maps of contact location and get turn by turn directions

contacts, view recent Pending or History activities, or access contact details.

Sales & MarketingwMobile allows you to manage sales forecasts and opportunities on both the desktop and mobile phone. wMobile users can attach automated marketing process tracks to contacts allowing the automation of marketing and administrative tasks.

Maps & DirectionswMobile displays your contacts location on a map and can generate turn-by-turn directions to the contact.

Opportunity ManagementSales users can easily add, edit and close their opportunities. wMobile offers a variety of filtering mechanisms to make it easy to select opportunities of certain types closing in certain periods.

Licenses are assigned to specific GoldMine users in the wMobile Manager Console.

• Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016, 32 bit or 64 bit editions

• GoldMine Corporate or Premium Edition (GoldMine versions 7.x,8.x,9.x, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017)

• Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or later (MS SQL 2000 is NOT supported in wMobile)

• Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0

• Microsoft ASP.NET 4.0 (a component of .NET Framework)

• Microsoft IIS 6 or later (Internet Information Services)

Hardware Requirements

• CPU: 2.0 Ghz or better

• Disk: 500 MB or better

• RAM: 2 GB RAM (reserved for wMobile web server process) or better dependent on the number of concurrent users and other applications running on server

Requirements may be higher for large databases or for systems with large number of users.
