LOFTwall is committed to being an enviromentally concious

company that contributes to a clean and safe environment.

We have evaluated sources of waste generated and created a

procedure for elimination or minimization through recycling,

re-engineering, process modification or reduction. Waste not

acceptable for recycling is disposed of safely and responsibly

within local, state requirements and environmental recom-

mendations. We evaluate our suppliers deliverables and pro-

cesses for adherence to our company’s environmental criteria.

In striving for sustainability, LOFTwalls cardboard container

suppliers have noted that on average, 60% of the goods

supplied are manufactured from recycled materials. Our

aluminum frames are manufactured from 75% post consumer/

post industrial recycled aluminum. In coordination with our

vendors, LOFTwall recycles all aluminum, cardboard, and steel

accumulated from our internal manufacturing process.

LOFTwall has eliminated harmful VOC’s produced from liquid

paints and spray adhesives, through the use of water based/

applied adhesives and powder coating finishes. Powder Coat-

ing was developed as an environmentally friendly alternative

that improves durability. We have taken powder coat to the

next level with the inclusion of Dyecoat finish options. This

process is the coating and decoration of aluminum and steel

with aesthetic or wooden patterns and designs. We are com-

mitted to recycling, conserving energy and protecting our

natural resources.

Through the use of such things as a high-efficient HVAC, new

lighting, and new plumbing systems, LOFTwall is reducing

its energy consumption. With additional recycling of plastic,

cardboard, aluminum, scrap steel and wood pallets, it is clear

LOFTwall shares the concern of protecting the environment.

GARAGE GOES OFFICEMvest, a technology startup company, looking for

their first space, struggled to find a location that was

conveniently located near the partner’s home. To

minimize expenses, their best alternative was to con-

vert a three car garage on the property into a usable

office space.

Netchemia, a Kansas City based company wanted

to create an open and fluid office setting for their

employees. Wanting a trendy solution to create work-

stations without the substantial elements typical or

other modular solutions. Their need for natural light,

and to maintain a technology look and feel, indicative

of their industry and clientele, led them to LOFTwall.

SERVE:HOSPITALITYHotels, resorts and restaurants cater to our wants

and desires away from home. Maintaining intimacy

or creating privacy can be a challenge in these

environments, when sharing rooms and facilities

with other partons. Privacy screens add an ele-

ment of privacy to add comfort for guests self

concious about their environments. These spaces

may be in a workout center, pool side, business or

conference center. Business traveler’s with their

fast paced agenda find themselves seeking privacy

to have informal meetings or take private calls.

LOFTwall screens can easily section off areas for

larger groups or special events. Screens can be

Rockfish, an interactive application design com-

pany, needed to accommodate their large staff of

developers, programmers and designers into a open

loft style space, creating personal areas with out

building barriers that would inhibit collaboration

and communication between teams. Being a startup

they were on budget to find a creative and flexible

solution.

Delivery Inspection

Damaged Freight

Allproductsareloadedoncarriertrucksfreefromdefectsand/ordamage.Responsibilityofsafedeliveryandtransportisassumedbythecarrieruponloading.Itisthecustomer’sresponsibilitythatallcartons,crates,andpackagesbeopenedandinspectedattimeofde-liveryfordamagesorshortagesregardlessofcondition.Anydamagesfoundduringinspectionmustbeclearly

Warranty
