JOAR DYNAMIC Manpower Inc. is located in the East Ave, Qc Manila. The place was chosen due to its visibility and accessibility to our target market.

One of the main reason why we concluded that the place is feasible is because it is located in a good place where in manpower agency is one of the main services that the business will render is not being rendered by the competitors businesses near the place.

There are several institutions that are near the area such as LRT, LTFRB, and Brgy. Hall and other business establishment.

Road signs will be strategically located in the area so that the business site would be more accessible and easy to locate.

Many Manpower agencies come into existence as the demand increases. Competitors have already established their trade name in the market as newly formed businesses. Having position in the market is necessary to distinguish the enterprise from other businesses of the same nature and kind. JOAR DYNAMIC Manpower primarily offers services on 60th middle and lower class of business establishment. Providing best quality of services at the reasonable prices is an advantage over the competing establishment.

The proposed business is an extreme one, meaning, although new in the market the proponents will be able to compete with the huge business on the same field by providing high quality of services taking into consideration the clients preference and the money that they are willing to spend for the said service. Moreover, informing the client regarding manpower services plays a significant role since it is the edge of the proposed business over its competitors.
