Staffing Strategy
FDOT District OneI-75 (Alley) MM 63 Rest Area SouthCollier County D-B CEI Services
Staff Hour Estimate Basis
• The Collier County Safety Services Building is final design and construction may start shortly after the D/B firm gets NTP
• The FDOT made a commitment to FDEP that they would have the recreation access areas open for the September 2012 season. Although this is not possible, there may be pressure to expedite this activity.
• The FDOT shows $11.1 million in the construction funding for this project in FY 2012/2013. This Staff Hour estimate is in line with that cost estimate.
• The Specialty Inspectors are estimated at 0.10 per month. As we do not know the contractor's schedule, there may be months with on time and other months with more time.
• Final Staff Hours will be negotiated with the FDOT and will be affected by additional information at the time of the negotiations.
Project Staffing
FDOT District OneI-75 (Alley) MM 63 Rest Area SouthCollier County D-B CEI Services

complete• Jack Knowlton was D7 Scheduling consultant and can
