weeks).

• Look straight at the camera wi th a relaxed lace .

• T he size of the scanned image shou ld be between 20KB-50KB and should be in jpg/ jpcg rormat only.

ii. Signature image: • T he applicant has to sign on wh ite paper wilh Black ink pen .

• T he signature must be s igned' only by the applicant and not by any olher r crson .

• Please scan the signature area only and not thl: e ntire page .
