Dear Parents,
Compliments for the season ! Winter holidays are the most awaited time of the year.Christmas magic fills your
heart with joy and happines.Everyone is excited and relaxed.Everyone is looking
forward to celebrate with family and friends.Along with this fun and frolic it is the
right time to revive and catch up with our studies as well.In order to do this,some self
learning worksheets have been prepared, to give extra practice and to help revise and
to help revise all the topics done so far. Kindly take a note of the following Holiday Homework
English Vocablory is the stepping stone of any language.We require age
appropriate vocabulary to enhance our reading,comprehension and
creative writing.To help the children of class 2 enhance their
vocabulary, we are organising Vocabulary Quiz – “Play with Words”
scheduled to be held in the 1st week of Feb’19.The 1st round will be
conducted on thw 15th of Jan’19.
OSK Kindly prepare your ward for a declamation activity scheduled in
January. Students shall speak 8-10 lines on the topic –‘My Real Life
Hero’. Students can choose a person who inspires them in day to day
life or someone inspiring they have heard or read about. The chosen
personality can be from any field such as social work, politics, sports,
music, literature, teaching etc. Students can use or wear an A3 size
placard with the picture of the personality.
Math Revise all the topics done in the class and practice the work sheets.
EVS Revise L- Communication for worksheet after winter break.
Animals Activity – Make a mask and prepare 8-10 lines on any one
animal for the animals activity after the winter break.
G.K 2nd round of G.K quiz is on 14th Jan’19.
Hindi Revise all the topics done in the class and practice the work sheets.
