Çetin Civata one of the leading companies in fasteners industry has been established by Tecdelioğlu family in
1976. Among its product range, Çetin Civata has cold forged standard bolts and screws between 3mm and
24 mm in diameter and ability to produce all kind of special fasteners upon costumer request.
Our company being one of the biggest producers in Turkey with 20000 tons of production capacity per
year will increase its capacity with new investments. Our company has the necessary infrastructure to
produce fasteners for automotive, PVC and furniture, electric transmission line towers, construction, machine
industries and exports to more than 35 countries.
We certificated our quality with ISO 9001, ISO 16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certificates and
representing our country in domestic and foreign fairs with success.

MERTSOM started nut production with one set of nut former in 1983 under the name of Ümit Kıvılcım. In
2000 Ümit Kıvılcım was bought by Mr. M.Gökhan ULASAN and carried out its activities as Mertsom, which
continued its machinery investment so as to meet special requirements of the domestic market with its cold
forming 5 and 6 stations of part formers. After the company transfer has been realized, Mertsom enormously
enlarged its market and has been carrying on to increase its product range. Today our production capacity is
120 tonnes per month. Recently, it has been purchased by one of the leading groups, which is Çetin Cıvata in
fastener industry. This operation will enable the company to enlarge its scope of action in the near future by
strong cooperation for mutual benefits.

We as Oz Celik San. Tic. Ltd. Sti. have been manufacturing turned parts since 1987. We are serving many different kinds of industries such as automotive, combine boiler, white good, lock and security system, medical care, electrical parts, house connection parts etc. Since we are manufacturing our parts according to our customer designs, all of our products are tailor made and fulfil the exact requirements.We are working 3 shifts in a day and 6 days in a week with 5 Gildemeister CNC type and 11 Tornos Swiss type automat machines. The CNC machines include 8 axes. We are manufacturing parts from 2 mm to 42 mm. Brass, aluminium, stainless steel and automat steel (carbon steel) are mainly used raw materials in our production. Plating and grinding operations are performed by approved subcontractors.Our organisation is formed from manufacturing, quality and planning departments and each department is managed by an engineer. All managers are graduated from technical university and all employees are graduated from minimum technical high school. Thanks to our technical knowledge and experience in the sector we are able to manufacture our parts in high precision and continuous quality.ISO 9001 and ISO 16949 Quality Management Systems have established, implemented and continuously improved.
