Our company is the story of a family with deep roots in Verona.

In 1925 Amadio Fasoli starts his own winemaking in Illasi Valley, to produce quality wine with cart and horses carrying the best in local taverns.

Amadio’s son, Gino, which gives its name to the company, had developed the company until the turn of the eighties.

In 1984 the young Amadio and Natalino, always beside his father and uncle Gino Gigi's work on the fields, choose with courage and great spirit of innovation to experience all the vineyards of organic farming.

Today the young generation renews the tradition, continuing the path of the company towards quality wines through ancient knowledge, new knowledge and technologies. Now, we are the fourth generation.

Over the years, we have received numerous awards in international fairs, such as the BioFach Nürnberg,as well as various quotes on the most famous gastronomic guides.

• The 18 acres of the company are to the east of Verona, in the lush Illasi Valley, rich in history and art, including villas, castles, medieval churches and fields.

The typical grape of the Soave area, the Garganega, finds its highest expression in different types that we propose in the world, along with wines such as Amarone, Valpolicella, Recioto, or Pinot, Merlot and Chardonnay, which find soil and microclimate here particularly suited.

In the Nineties, the company creates Fasoli Gino line "Court of the Well - Corte del Pozzo", now a symbol of excellent products with great value for money, to pick up the network of historical bestowers that have collaborated for more than twenty years with the family.

In the heart of the old courtyard full of history, is still the deep bond between our family and the community of San Zeno of Colognola ai Colli, which here has been able to stock up on water until the constitution of the country's water supply.

Attention to social context is consistent with the choice to cultivate organic grapes in all of our vineyards, since the eighties. We rejected the use of synthetic products for agricultural practices that respect the farmers, consumers and the nature.

In search of “new old methods” for a better land

• We seek to go beyond the "simple" conservation of the area: we pledge to restore what was lost with the intensive cultivation in recent years. For example, we plant hedges and legumes to help sow the land and avoid selftopdressing, so we can avoid fertilizers. There are many practices for the recovery of biodiversity, now indispensable, even for a higher quality lifestyle.






Always forwards!

• Ongoing research has allowed us to obtain a wine-making in a very low amount of sulfur dioxide - SO2 -, well below the limit allowed by law.

The drive to improve has led us today to experience two wines with spontaneous fermentation without the addition of sulfur dioxide ("B" and "R"), due to intolerance increasingly frequent.
