Health problems

Nowadays, we, as a country, are having a lot of health problems because of the food we eat and the lack of exercise. Here in the magazine we can catch some tips to change that, not only for beauty but for health too, they will help us a lot. We also have some fashion tips for you and included some reviews and fashion events.

What do you need to eat to be healthy? A diet rich in proteins and that gives you enough energy for physical and mental activities. How much time do you exercise a day? I move the whole day, but pure exercise 2 hours and a half. How often do you exercise? At least 3 times a week. Do we need to have a balance diet? Of course Why is this important to be healthy? To have a good physical activity and energy How often do we need to exercise? At least twice a week Do you think that we need to be healthy to be pretty? No What exercise do you recommend us? What do you know about fashion? Every season I try to improve myself about new trends. What does fashion means to you? Fashion is one thing that descrives ourselves. Women wouldn’t be women without it, and it is important to have our own style. Do you like fashion? I love it Which fashion time did you like the most? I think it would be during Louis XVI’s government, in France, just before the french revolution, when Marie Antoniette gave fashion a real meaning and shoes became a woman’s best friend. Dresses, hats and shoes described every single woman in France. Who’s your favorite designer? I don’t have a favorite one, I just buy what I like, and I like many designers’ styles. How do you choose your wardrobe? It has to be something sophisticated, trendy, comfortable and most of all, something that describes myself Do you follow all the magazine trends? PICTURE ME A Model's Diary (2010) This documentary takes you into the

hectic, and not always glamorous look at

the life of a model. With the this

excitement comes a huge amount of

stress and exhaustion. Ole Schell and

Sara Ziff, with the help of many others,

showed all sides of this lifestyle. From the

early calls, to the many deadlines, to the

huge amount of time spent on planes, and

the large sum on the checks(goes from

80,000 per runway), all the way to the

meltdowns from sheer tiredness and

pressure, I learned quite a bit more than I

knew before. I feel more enriched for

having seen it. I do recommend it highly

for those interested in becoming a model,

and for those just that are curious about

the hectic life that a model has.
