Strategic Responsibilities:

Monitor and Control project to ensure project cost is within budget and project cash flow Identify deviation of Costs between the budget and the actual. Reduce excessive project cost (wastage) to emphasize profit opportunities.Prepare cost estimates as required weekly monthly cost reports submit to the management and reviewing the weekly summary and monthly invoice to the client.

A experience in variations & claims, contractual procedures, procurement procedures, Cost control procedures andReporting, forecast cost to complete, cash flow, Pricing & biding, preparing Company Bill & SC- Bill, negotiating withSubcontractors, monitoring the Subcontractors payments and reconciling material.
