    Food Festival /Farmers Market

    In accordance with Alaska Food Regulations, you may sell:1. Homemade jams, jellies, honey and syrup are allowed, except for home canned or smoked food, which require a permit.2. Edible oils are not allowed.3. Wild mushrooms, seaweed or herbs (raw) must have sign saying that they are wild and have not been inspected.4. Harvested berries, roots and produce in raw form are allowed.5. Baked goods are allowed except for anything with custard, cream or meringue (no dairy products)6. Questions about other foods?
