    Life lesson

Ive taken a lot of information in from this course.

Staring from the macronutrients all the way towhat critical nutrients expecting mothers need.(which is quite a few)

The life lesson im taking with me from this course is

that whatever foods I put in my body might makeme full for the moment but in the long haul it willonly affect my health if not taken care of.

I have quote to share with the class that made meopen eyes a bit wider From the bitterness ofdisease man learns the sweetness of health Catalan Proverb.
