SealedtranscriptsaresetoftranscriptsattestedandplacedinaUniversitysealedenvelope.ThisisprovidedbyUniversities,wheretheRegistrarortheControllerofExaminationatteststhetranscripts/marksheetsandplacesthemintheUniversityenvelopeandsealsitwithhisstampandsignatureontheFlapoftheEnvelope.
2. Howmanysetsofsealedtranscriptsarerequired?
2Setsofsealedtranscriptsisrequired,oneforWESassessmentandanotheronefortheCICVisaApplicationprocess.
3. Aresealedtranscriptsmandatoryformeandmyspouse?
Itismandatoryforthemainapplicationandoptionalforthespouse.

youmay submitmarks sheets that have been issued
andattestedbythecollegeyouattendedforthefirsttwoyearsofstudy.MarkssheetsforthethirdyearmustbeissuedandattestedbytheUniversityofMumbai.Forallotherdegreesearned
through the University of Mumbai, marks sheets for all years of
study must
beissuedandattestedbytheuniversityandnotthecollegeyouattended.

be issued and attested byGujaratUniversity. For all other degrees
earnedthroughGujaratUniversity,markssheetsforallyearsofstudymustbeissuedandattestedbytheuniversityandnotthecollegeyouattended.
11. WhatiftheUniversityisnotreadytoprovidetheattestedcopies?
PleasetakephotocopiesofthemarksheetsandconvocationandcarrythemtoUniversityandhavetheControllerofExaminationatteststhetranscripts/marksheetsandplacesthemintheUniversityenvelopeandsealandstampit.

WhatifmyUniversityisabroadhowcanIcollectthesealedtranscripts?YoucanmailorsendtheacademictranscriptrequestformtotheUniversitytoprovidethesealedtranscripts.ForthisyoucancompletetheWESregistrationprocessandmentionthereferencenumberontheform.ThesealedtranscriptswillbesenttoWESbytheUniversitydirectly.
