2020 CAMP ENHANCEMENT:

ADD GROUP SWIM LESSONS TO YOUR WEEK!

We will continue to offer outstanding programswith experienced counselors in a comfortable and

fun environment.

Campers will sign in and venture out to different activities throughout the day!

Morning Session: Activities include; themed arts and crafts, fitness, outdoor playtime, and optional group swim lessons! Lunch is provided for Elementary Campers!

Afternoon Session: Activities include tennis instruction as well as outdoor

free swim (weather permitting)! Poolside snack included!

ELEMENTARY CAMP1ST-6TH GRADE

Kids who attended first through sixth grade will have ablast at our all day camp. Activities will include sports

play, swimming, and fitness based training. Throughoutthe week they will also participate in fun educationalactivities such as photography, tie dying and more.Special visits will be made by local professionals.

*Lunch is included with Morning & Full Day Camp.

Half day camp full of fun and activities. We will have arts and crafts projectsincluding weekly awards for achieving

certain skills. Additional activities focusedon motor skill improvement will be

emphasized. “On-site” field trips will makethe end of the week fun and exciting.

FAQ

What does the camp fee include?Depending upon which camp a child is registered for, the

camp fee includes open swim, organized games-sports andcrafts, in-house field trips and lunch with beverage and snacks.

 What should my child bring to camp?

Gym shoes, swimsuit, sunscreen, towel, and water bottle. 

Do you accommodate special needs/food requests, etc?We will make every attempt to accommodate all special

needs. Please call to discuss any special needs.  

Can a nonmember participate in the camp?We welcome nonmembers to participate in the camp.

However, nonmembers pay a slightly higher fee than members. 

What is the Five Seasons refund policy?Refunds will be given only with a physician’s form

relative to injury incurred or medical condition, or under specialcircumstances, approved by the Camp Director. All registrationsare subject to a non-refundable registration fee of $50.00. No

refunds will be issued once camp has begun. 

What other forms are required other than the Camper Registration Form?

Once the camper is accepted into the camp, he/she will bemailed an information packet, which includes a photo release

form, emergency contact information, medical information, anda disclaimer. The camper will also receive confirmation of the

camp dates he/she registered for and any fees still due to FiveSeasons as well as drop off/pick up information.

 What is the camp schedule?

Depending upon which camp the child is registered forwill dictate what schedule your child will follow. Based on the

camper’s attendance, some activities may not be available. Thecamp offers a rotation of sports, games, crafts and other

activities. Counselors have the flexibility to change some of theactivities based on camper interest.

When will I have confirmation that my child isenrolled in the camp?

If we receive your camper registration form prior to thepriority deadline and space is available, we will confirm

enrollment by postcard or email. However, registration packetswill not be mailed out until mid-May.

 What is the drop-off/pick-up procedure?

You may drop your child off at the Gatehouse at the poolentrance. If it is raining you may drop off your child at theportico. On the first day you will be required to ensure all

paperwork is correctly completed before leaving your child. Allother days you will be required to sign-in and sign-out your

child. If someone other than the authorized parent or guardianis to pick-up your child you will need to make arrangementsand provide written authorization. No child will be released to

anyone who has not been authorized to pick up the child.Please call to make arrangements for special circumstances.

 Can I make a change to my child’s registration?

After June 2nd, changes will be accepted on acase-by-case basis.

Terms and ConditionsI request that my child be admitted to the Five Seasons

Summer Camp. I understand that fees are non-refundable and that refunds areonly granted for extreme circumstances such as relocation or serious illness. Iagree that the use of Five Seasons Family Sports Club’s (“Club”) facilities andparticipation in any programs or activities sponsored by the Club or on the

Club’s property shall be undertaken at my sole risk. The Club and/or theSponsor of the program or activity shall not be liable for injuries, damages, orlosses resulting from acts of active or passive negligence on the part of the

Club, its owners, officers, employees or agents or the Sponsor of an activity orprogram, its owners, officers, employees or agents.

Liability/Waiver of Claims

It is expressly agreed that all use of Five Seasons FamilySports Club’s facilities/programs shall be undertaken at the participant’s sole

risk, and the Club shall not be liable for injuries or damages to participantsor users, including with no limitation, those injuries or damages resulting

from acts of active or passive negligence on the part of the Club, its owners,officers, employees or agents. Each participant for himself, herself and family

members, and on behalf of his/her executors, administrators and assigns,expressly releases, forever discharges and waives any claims against the Club,

its successors and assigns, as well as its owners, officers, employees andagents, from all such claims, injuries, damages, actions or causes of action.
